These terms govern use of the ACTA website, its pages, contact and service-request forms, and any content or links available through it. By using the website or submitting a form, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and agree that they apply to your use of the website.

If a quotation, engagement letter, power of attorney, service agreement, or transaction-specific terms are agreed later, those documents supplement these terms and will govern matters specific to the agreed service where there is a conflict within their scope.

The website allows you to submit requests relating to legal, government, and administrative transaction follow-up and related services. Submission of a request is treated as a request for preliminary review and not automatic acceptance by ACTA to perform the service.

• We review the type of transaction, the competent authority, available documents, and whether the requested service can be provided.
• We may request additional information or documents before defining the scope of work or cost.
• No agency, representation relationship, or obligation to carry out the transaction arises until acceptance, scope, and requirements are confirmed in the manner appropriate to the service.
• ACTA may refuse or suspend a request that falls outside its service scope, conflicts with the law, or lacks the documents or authority required to proceed.

To support efficient follow-up, the service requester must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and notify ACTA of any change that could affect the request, deadlines, or documents.

ACTA fees and the scope of work are determined according to the nature of the service, time involved, and requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, professional fees do not automatically include government charges, court fees, translation, attestation, delivery, expert fees, or charges from external providers.

• Official fees may change if the competent authority revises them before payment or completion of the procedure.
• Any work outside the agreed scope may require approval of a new cost or scope.
• Applicable taxes and statutory charges in the United Arab Emirates apply where required.
• Cancellation or refund terms, where applicable, are determined according to the stage of work, costs already incurred, and the service-specific agreement.

Notices, documents, and instructions may be exchanged by email, telephone, WhatsApp, digital forms, or another agreed channel. Electronic copies may be relied on for review and follow-up where appropriate and legally permitted.

This does not prevent ACTA or the competent authority from requiring an original document, attestation, signature, identity verification, or personal attendance where the nature of the procedure requires it.

We handle your data and documents in a manner appropriate to the nature of the service and the applicable confidentiality and security requirements. Our Privacy Policy explains the types of data we may collect through the website, the purposes for which it is used, retention practices, and the rights available to you.

Following up on your request may require sharing necessary information with the competent government or judicial authority, or with a service provider directly connected with carrying out the transaction, to the extent required for that purpose.

The website content, design, trademarks, logos, text, and published materials are owned by ACTA or used with permission and are subject to the rights of ACTA and their respective owners.

You may not use the website unlawfully, attempt to breach or disrupt it, upload malicious software, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent documents, or copy and republish commercial content in a way that suggests a relationship or accreditation that does not exist.

The website may contain links to or transitions into external services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, or government and judicial websites and platforms. These services are operated independently and are subject to their own terms and policies.

A link to or reference to a government or judicial authority does not mean that ACTA owns that authority or controls its systems, timeframes, or decisions, and it should not be understood as official accreditation or partnership unless expressly stated and genuinely in effect.

We aim to keep the website and its information available and up to date, but maintenance, technical failures, or changes to authority links and procedures may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability at all times.

Performance of a transaction does not guarantee its outcome, acceptance, or completion within a fixed period. Final decisions and processing times may be controlled by courts, ministries, regulators, or other independent parties.

To the extent permitted by law, each party’s responsibility is connected to the act or breach attributable to it and to any service-specific terms. These terms do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the United Arab Emirates. Jurisdiction or the applicable dispute-resolution mechanism will be determined according to the nature of the relationship and service, any valid specific agreement between the parties, and the authority legally competent to hear the matter.

These terms may be updated when the website or services are developed or when legal or operational requirements change. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of the page, and the published version applies from its update date unless the law or a specific agreement requires otherwise.
